MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - If within 5 days of receiving your product you are not completely satisfied, inform us and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can then return the product to us in the same condition we shipped it and we will promptly refund your full purchase price less restocking fee (15%). Shipping Cost and customized merchandise are non-refundable. All return items are to be shipped prepaid and insured.
Each of our items is carefully handmade by artisans and skilled craftsmen; therefore, variations in finishes, symmetry, and detailing are anticipated and expected.
TERMS - All merchandise must be paid in full before we can ship. Please look at the payment options.
CUSTOM STATUES - We would be happy to do a custom piece for you. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to process custom jobs.
MANUFACTURE AND DELIVERY TIMES - Please allow 3-6 weeks for the manufacturing process of a custom made statue. Stocked items can be ready to ship within one week. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of your order. You will be informed at all times about the manufacturing/delivery process.
DAMAGE AND SHORTAGES - If an item is received damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package so that a claim may be processed. Report the damage to the harbour personel and take photos if possible. You will be issued an RMA number. Please hold the original packing materials and damaged merchandise for inspection and photo evidence, otherwise no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored. It is your responsibility to get the damaged goods back to us.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product, call us within 5 days to arrange for refund or exchange. You will be issued an RMA number to return the merchandize. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. Repack items carefully in the original packing material and prepay and insure the shipping. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs.)
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special Order items may be returned to us for a minimum restocking fee 40%.
Broker fees, custom fees, and transportation in your country are non-refundable. Special Order items are all those that we do not have in stock or those made or ordered specifically to fill your order.
